We currently offer $5 FLAT RATE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS!

Please Note: Standard shipping delays may occur with USPS due to high volume and extra safety measures.

Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed and shipped, and expect between 7-10 business days for standard shipping. 

We use USPS exclusively for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as p.o. boxes.
We also only are shipping domestically.

PR and Guam are not included. Military address are also excluded. Please ship to an alternate address.

We do not offer Saturday delivery.

PiccoliNY will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. You will not be charged for any item that is out of stock, and we can remove the item from your order or substitute.

Please note, DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS.

PiccoliNY is not responsible for any shipments lost or stolen in transit. 

PiccoliNY is not responsible for packages marked as delivered that are “Not there”. Please check with your neighbors, mailroom, doorman, next to your porch, or your back door -- sometimes they’re tricky! We also recommend connecting with USPS or your local mail carrier to confirm the location of where the package was left. 

PiccoliNY is not responsible for stolen packages, your best course of action is typically to file a police report and submit a claim via your home or rental insurance. 

If a package arrives damaged by your mail carrier, please ensure what, if any contents are damaged and contact us at shop@piccolininyc.com with your order number in the subject line and we will assist in initiating a claim with the carrier. 

If a package does not show movement for 30 days, PiccoliNY will replace your package. If contents are no longer available, you will receive store credit for the value. 

We do not issue refunds on lost, stolen or missing delivered packages.

PiccoliNY is not responsible for shipping, billing, or any information added in error during checkout.
