When placing an order, both the customer and our shop receives a confirmation email. Once the order ships, you will receive a second email. It takes approximately 1 to 2 business days to process an order before it is shipped.
Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to New York and out-of-state.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We require signature for all deliveries (you cannot waive Signature Proof of Delivery). Shipping address must always be provided.
Individual items within your order cannot be separated for expedited deliveries. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Change or Cancel Your Order
Once we've processed your order, we will be unable to cancel or make any changes. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at email@example.com.
Add Items to an Order You Just Placed
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us so we can make sure it is shipped out with your previous order.
Packages can only be tracked within the US, and upon arrival.
Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost international packages.
